Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per BTEB and SAIC Polyethnic
• To motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 75% class attendance and to reduce dropout
• To carryout periodic maintenance of the training tools and equipment
• To facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff
• To assist Head of the department as per his necessity
• To prepare weekly attendance report and submit to Assistant Coordinator
• To prepare lesson plan & semester plan at the beginning of the semester
• Positive willingness to Team work & Hardworking
• Perform other related duties as required
